a bit of an old news...but since you asked nicely Thomas....this was during the early days of the coup, when anti-coup groups were collecting at Siam Paragon area to demand military junta to step aside from politics. anti-coup groups decided to wear black....as a mourning sign for the people's Constitution that was torn to pieces by the military.
